WHAT DOES IT TAKE to see a GENERATION

                            truly following JESUS..?

It's a HUGE question that is currently stirring our hearts and minds - that said, we know the answer is God-sized and will be beyond human endeavour or wisdom! More than ever, we're convinced that our Nation is experiencing a state of spiritual emergency with us at serious risk of witnessing an entire generation growing up without knowing anything about God, His story and the transforming power of what a relationship with Jesus can bring. YMA is committed to playing our part in helping to address this situation...will you stand with us...pray with us...serve with us this year..?

We've been incredibly blessed to witness God @ work in transforming lives through our Immerse student initiatives across Australia last year and more recently in Korat, NE Thailand...wonderful! Immersed in the Living Water of Jesus :: Thailand :: April2010

The YMA team [from Perth, Adelaide & Melbourne] joined with 130 Thai students and leaders to enter in, engage and respond to the Story of God during April's Immerse Thailand English Camp in Khao Yai NE Thailand, culminating in twenty five unchurched youth drinking in the Living Water of Jesus - one young guy had attended last year's camp and brought along his nine friends this year...the ALL gave their hearts to Jesus - amazing!!  We used the second week of the Project to serve alongside our Thai friends to paint out the Korat Youth Centre and then were blessed to join in the opening celebrations of this strategic base for local youth ministry...all good, hard work with wonderful outcomes, weary bodies and smiles all round!

We're specifically interested in extending our influence in the cities of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth this year. From these centres of influence we hope to sow more broadly into the regional Aussie landscape...

There are a variety of opportunities for you to serve in partnership with the YMA Movement. We can help you express your faith and gifting as a volunteer, intern, [practitioner] partner, or even vocationally as a full or part time missionary!
